The last match for the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup at the stadium was a semi-final. Brazil won the game against the United Mexican States, commonly known as Mexico, 1-0. Henrique Almeida Caixeta Nascentes scored the only goal of the match, which attracted a crowd of 29,000.
