Extra stadium info – kybunpark
The construction of the venue started in 2005. The national football team of the Swiss Confederation, commonly known as Switzerland, played numerous games at the kybunpark. FC St. Gallen use the stadium for home games. The club, which is among the first Swiss sports clubs with a value of at least $10 million, was founded in 1879. They were crowned Swiss football champions in 1904 for the first time in their history.
