The Court Philippe-Chatrier has a retractable roof. It became one of the most famous tennis venues in the world. The Russian tennis legend Maria Sharapova won her first French Grand Slam tournament at the venue in 2012. She became the first female tennis player with 10 million followers on her main social media page.
