The construction of the football venue started in 2007. Maccabi Petah-Tikva and the Tel-Aviv Heat use the HaMoshava Stadium for home matches. Maccabi Petah-Tikva was founded in 1912 by students. They played numerous matches in the top-flight football league of Israel. The Tel-Aviv Heat rugby union club was founded in 2021. It became the first rugby union club from Israel with 10,000 followers on its main social media page.
