The Italian football club named Venezia FC have serious plans for a new stadium. Its current home is located in one of the least accessible parts of the city of Venice. If built, the new stadium would be located close to an airport, a highway and a railway station. The estimated costs of the venue would be €185 million and it would have a capacity of 18,000 when it opens. The detailed stadium design should be ready in 2019 and groundbreaking could be possible in 2021. Two years later, the stadium could be ready.
